 Generally two question are raised in classess or on other places. One success is not an accdent and other success is not an incident. The need of the time is to understand the principle. First seek to understand then to be understood. This principle is the key of interpersonal communication. The real key to your influence is your actual conduct. Let me tell you some of the examples.
