Leaders are forever

 Leaders are the most knowlegeable person. They are forever. They are the part of this planet. We can not deny the fact that leaders are the part of the humanity from begining of this earth. There are two types of people in the universe. One is called followers and others are called leaders. Leaders are forever. Leader mould the history transform it into a new way and makes a road for other humanity. 

 Generally everyone is a leader in life. So be a leader not a follower. There are two types of people. One is called leadera and other is called followers.


 This is offered to reffered as chrisma. It is uncommon culture that every one tries to be a leader. But there are few leaders in the world who are forever. The same principle applies in our personal life.


Authority is not enough sometime

   Leaders are not enough sometime. The need of the good followers can not be denied. Getting power through authorith does not guarantee. The same principle applies in our personal life.


Pride

The pride of leader can not be denied. Pride leads to self-confidenc. The true leader instill the same pride in his team. He does not have the vanity in it. When things go right, he gives credit to the team. But at the end i will say leader instills the true feelings in their team and they are forever.
