The key to successful leadership is influence not authority:

The wisdom and guidance that real leaders have can not be denied. Our knowlede and understanding of correct principle is limited. First we have to understand the correct principle. A leader instills his feeling in a way to the team we can not deny. He is a general person who understands every things. The principle does not change but our understanding change. The personal power comes from general understanding. The principle of our growth can not be denied. Being a leader  it is our responsibilty to influence people in a way that is good and acceptable for community. Do you understand every thing? It is totally impractical to authorise your powers. That is for leaders. But true people do not authorize them but they influence them. He just would not listen to me at all. Character and inspires if they have a problem with someone you have to understand first and then make the right decision.
