But nowadays, deep discussions have become a totally new way of  communication  that helps people get to know each other better. So this is important that how you use energy. Either you concentrate on a single task or spread your attention to multiple tasks both are important. But first thing is that you should concentrate on your goal. It is a general question either you concentrate on a single task or on both task. Thus both ways are correct. This is based upon organized effort or energy. It can not be utilized without the habit of concentration.  It is a general observation that magnifying glass can set the fire in the presence of sun rays.
