ABSTRACT:

This is “Generic Classification of Environment”. It contains research on different areas of environment and their problems. It also gives a link of law related to environment. It describes the role of environmental act 1997 to the environment. Basically there was no specifically law on environment but with the time the need was felt and legislature enacted the act on it. This act redressed the shortcomings in the field of environment. It gives a general discussion on environment as environment plays a role in the construction and building of social values and norms. The environment is the most necessary for and at large building up our great values and norms. Classification of environment was not the part of it. But with the passage of time its need was felt and it became the part of legislatures. The legislature gives the best way to classify environment. Water air are the best ways of environment. So this was resolved to give needs of environment. There is also a tribunal related to environment. It gives and elaborate introduction to environment. The legislature played a role on environment. Securing the environment is the big issue of today. 

Chapter 1

Introduction

Environment covers all living and non-living things. Basically it covers those substances as fire, air and soil. It puts both positive and negative effects on livings. Environment includes those things which has link with fundamental right of life, liberty, and property. The health and well-being of living depends upon good environment, and it has serious impact on life of people. Environment can be good or bad, like issue of bad environment can put many problems on social and well-being of people.  Negative environment puts bad effect on social life of people, and it can cause damage to livings. This effect depends upon their level of sensitivity. It can also cause destruction of natural resources, like soil, sand, natural gasses and water resources. Since last century, the preservance of environment has begun a big issue. Many species are becoming rare. Bad environment causes bad economy. All environment decisions are made through community. This community spends a lot of resource on environment. There are environmental hazards which spreads every year. Community spreads resources to stop environmental hazards.

They research on those hazards and provide remedies and relief through their research. Environment decisions are also part of constitutions. All rights mentioned in constitution has profound link with it. Some constitutions includes environment as fundamental rights. In violation of them can cause serious problem against it. 

The purpose of providing all the environment is regarding all the policies on environment. Whenever someone can violate the policy he can be seriously penalized. Environment policies are made in the parliament, keeping in all the society involved, regarding environmental legislation. Environmental legislation is a crime and serious action should be taken against it.  Participation for environmental decisions is not an easily available idea, regarding environmental policies, but it is made a part of legislation. Informing about environment is made necessary for society. Problem of environment should be resolved timely, and it is necessary for environment. Environment is a part of whole atmosphere, and each area of land contains different and distinct environment. Good environment puts good effect on area of soil, where as bad environment puts bad effect on area of soil. Good environment brings improvement in the area of raining season, climate change and atmosphere of that land. Environment covers good and bad things, and it covers living and non-living things. It covers all those things which can be good or bad. Environment includes those substances which are hazardous to health of soil. It can put devastating effects on it. All basic fundamental rights of people has profound link with it. Good health depends upon good environment, and bad health depends upon bad environment. it put positive and negative effect on life of people. Environment has direct link with climate change, which can cause the reason of raining. Bad environment can cause numerous problem to livings, like spoil water from sea. Sometime it becomes hazardous Form Sea. Each living has different level of sensitivity, and environment puts positive and negative effects on level of sensitivity. Level of diseases on living depends upon environment, and their level of sensitivity.

Bad environment can damage economy and rare species. Every country is working on improvement of environment and preserving rare species. In the environment it is involved in big decisions and many countries are working on it. Environmental issue is indispensable for the improvement of environment. The constitution of each country puts stress upon good environment.  Since environment fulfils all the condition of life, therefore it has serious impact on it. Good environment is requisite for health. Environment has different legislation and promulgation in each country. For preserving health and wealth of community, state has duty to preserve the environment.

Bad environment puts bad effect on food chain. Near beaches fishes are eaten and liked. Near mountains and hills ships and goats are liked. When environment is spoiled, this food chain is also spoiled and it puts negative effect on health. Environment destroys their personal and private life. Environment consists of many other factors.  Over-flow can destroy the environment, which generally saves environment. The health depends upon environment. Water has multiple source and origin. Which gives well-being to every human. Every life has responsibility to ensure the standard of living to control the water and its necessities which effects the health and well-being of every citizen. By violating the right one can become directly responsible to control regulate and restrain the environment. The concept of water and its necessities is from beginning. It means involving of all society in making and enforcing policies. Where environmental policies breaches they can be easily accessible by member of society. Breaking of environmental policies can make the problem, which can cause violation of policies to environment. It can make number of problems that can make it a crime. In certain types of acts or omissions, saving water and availability of water in disposable bottles is a new idea for saving water. Involvement of society in environment is a new idea in easily accessible to the environment. it is the most crucial concern to society. 

 Environment is a place of living. It consists of beautiful valleys and rivers. It is filled with a lot of things, which creates the adoration. Law means to regulate the society. Law controls and see those elements which are spoiling the environment. It controls the behavior of society, for putting good effects on environment. It hinders and eliminates those substances which spreads negativity.

 In the earlier time, there was no coherent need of environmental regulation because of low population and because of less presence of those material as industries and factories smoke. Industries and factories are growing rapidly. Moreover noise of traffic is causing damage to environment. Environmental law introduced in enacted form in 1997, hindering those element like cutting tree killing of animals and dirty water, to give relief to community.

Article 9 the constitution, right to have clean water is the right of any body. It is the right of every citizen. Our constitution guarantees right of living, and it is attached to it. Environmental protection is the responsibility of every citizen and legislature enacts those laws which guarantees environment protection. Legislation has played an important role for the preservance of environment. Environmental protection act 1997 is evident proof that legislature is playing its part. Our country has playing its major role in the making of environment. Law is playing its role in the preservance of environment, even many precedents have come and even penalty is given to those substances.

Lack of environmental awareness can put devastating effects on environment. Water in environment can also damages the environment but also creates health and other problems. Development of environment must produce certain level of awareness to the environmental problems. The water in environment is not comprehensive to understanding.

Environment crime covers those activities which occurs due to careless behavior for causing damage to environment. To provide water to environment is integral part of environment, which is necessary for availability of water. The saving water from environment is necessary in the environment. Discussing water problems to environment causes all those problems to environment which are hazardous to environment. Water crime includes throwing industries and factories to environment, which destroy the resources on water. Violation of water can cause devastating effect to environment. The health and well-being depends on the clean water. Contaminated food is the good policy for living. Apart from health problems, it can cause problems to social life. it depends on environment. The emphasis of awareness of water can cause awareness to water.

There are five environmental factors, like health pollution temperature and residence. These environmental factors play an important role in the making of environment. As environment is our surrounding in which plants, animals and humans live. With rise in temperature heat is generated. which puts climate change and floods come and causes environment abdominal for these plants. Temperature varies from place to place. It is colder than snow at some places. It brings changes to the environment. Different temperature is found at different places. In our country four types of temperature is found. And which causes great changes in a living and cultural changes of a country. Pollution is the major issue in the country. Noise pollution and other are some of the shape of pollution. Road are filled with traffic which uses fossil fuels and makes the noise. These traffic increases the carbon gas which is not good. Population density was not in the past. But now population has increased. It has caused great changes in the structured and other processes of environment. Need of residence was one of the issue in the country, which is filled by cutting the trees, and elimination of forests. It brought great changes on environment. It introduced act which gives guarantee to environmental livings, like animals. These are those which controls the pollution of environment. Law is interpreting the enactment as law making body. Decisions are given to protect and preserve the body. These decisions are bringing great change for the environment. Water issue was resolved for the past. Water was the major concern for living. It was become spoiled. So action was brought by the resolving. Clean water was providing the facility of water given to those remote areas which are not good for causing of water. Pollution is mainly of disposable things, which consists of plastic material. Which meets with water. It can cause water issue. Supply of water through tube-wells, channels and through filtration. Water is the requirement for every inhabitant living on environment. It can cause great changes to the plant. Which can play its role for fulfilling the deficiency of water. Dams and reservoir are those things which can play very important role for enacting the act on environment. There are who are playing their role for the protection and preservation of the country and environment. Legislature is lawmaking body. It introduced act which guarantees other environmental livings like animals. These are those which controls the pollution and livings. Law is interpreting the enactment as law making body. Law and environment

Right to have clean environment is the right of every citizen. It is the responsibility of law enforcement agencies to provide clean environment. It is also a religious fact that environment should be clean even a place of living should be clean. It talks about right to ease and as one should remove some hindrance from the place, to not to disturb other. Similarly there are some other ways as right to light and right to way that neighbor should not construct house to stop the way that neighbor should not construct other to stop the way of other. Neighbor should not stop other to stop the right to light. Air is the most important component in the environment. Air should be given to all. It is a natural phenomenon which is easily available and necessary for humans to stay on here. Air is the component of nature. Some legislature authorities are making problem. They are bringing such laws as leniency to those doing illegal trade of those substances which are hazardous to air and found and one thing is linked with another. These certain dangerous things or particles of carbon and nitrogen. Those elements are rising the temperature.

It is polluting the environment. Nature is changing. It is destroying those elements as part of environment and which are necessary for living. Those elements can devastate the animals, there inhabitants.

They make rise in temperature. This can destroy the above surface. Resultantly, rain water is causing serious issues, sending hydrogen gas from the above. When this hydrogen meets with nitrogen it becomes dangerous. It is causing disease. Our surrounding is filled with variety of things.

It is filled with those materials which are different in nature and components. Our environment is too old. Before industrial age, it was considered good. It was very neat. But with the passage of time population density is increased. The rapid growth of industries and factories caused change the environmental pressure, and the use of fossils fuels. in the past farming and agriculture was profession. Farming was profession in the past and Trees and crops naturally provided different sources to environment. But industries and farming produced new things. Law has worked a lot with the change in time. It introduced new laws the problem of labor was introduced new laws. Law resolved them and gave them a new way. Other industrial concern like establishment of labor and supervising, education was given to them. Then resolving the issue of merit and all other things related to environment. The used of woods and other things like industries and factories, caused cutting of trees and lessoned the trees from forests. This issue was formed to give environmental concern. New agriculture ways like channels canals and reservoirs and dams were introduced. Electricity production produced deficiency. They make rise in temperature. This can destroy the above surface. Resultantly, rain water causing serious issues, sending hydrogen gas from the above. When the hydrogen meets with nitrogen it becomes dangerous. It is causing disease. Water is requirement for every inhabitant issues on environment. Even plants and animals needs water. It can cause great changes to plant which can cause fulfilling the deficiency of plants. Dams and reservoir are those things.

Climate change

 Climate change is the biggest issue now a days. It is due to rise in temperature. The glaciers are being harm in the region and creating harm for the region. it is rapidly change the temperature from bringing it down from and bringing it down from high to down on land. It is causing great danger. Rising and falling of temperature, the glaciers are being down and creating the flooding crisis on and on issues, one side and issues on the other side. Because of unneeded of raining. It can eliminate the sources. Flood can become dangerous for residence. The water can leave the pressure which can eliminate the flow and leaves for many years after it happening. Constant flood can remove the areas where water flows. water is consistent and can cause good effects. This crisis increasingly damages the pressure. Dams, reservoir are solutions which are its handling. Country is facing challenges on larger scale due to its not growing of water. It has become a big issue for this. It has become a big probelm for habitant in the environment. There are two things regarding environment. One is environment can play its important role for the preservation of dams and reservoirs. Second is environment can not preserve those element related the environment. Thus two sides takes their view. There is enactment on it. Legislature and law making authorities working on it. These two sides gives views. Environment can play an important role for the environmental concern. One should be able to see those concern.

Thus, in a legal sense, a practioner has to see environmental concern, and those issues regarding environment. Factors of environment which are changing it should be lessoned. Practioner should solve the factor and issue of environmental concern. Environmental is the direct involving on animals and plants. The material created by humans are devolving the environment and environmental issue. So it has created a big for these inhabitant in the environment.

Temperature which can cause climate  change, and it can bring devastating effect, for instance the falling of diversity and destructive of those materials. There are many species in the past which are becoming rare now. For their protection and preservation new elements are being generated. Temperature also puts bad effects on those elements like flood raining, deforestation. The elements cause changes to environment. Right to have clean water is the right of every citizen. Our daily requirement has decreased due to population. It can cause destructive effect. It is the most

dangerous for other living species. Law is uncovering those. 

There are two types of environment. These are geographical and man-made environment. Environmment contains many types. These are different spheres in the region.

Some areas contains snow. Snow is colder and white. It occurs on mountains and makes the form of glaciers. When those glaciers absorbs heat, they start to become melt. There is rain in the environment. Environment is considered the most essential for living. The capacity of rain is changed from place to place. and from high to down. There is relevvently less rain in areas which are relevently less in the middle o Ln mountains. There is relevently high rain. When water from this rain combine together, it forms the shape of rivers. Rivers are dug up and new channels and canals are constructed. In this way, agriculture started, Falling of rain is a process happens change in gasses and when clouds appears. It is a sudden proces, which is the part of environment. 

Law is a phenomenon to regulating the society. Environmental law is a phenomenon to see all this process and then concluding the matter on here. It has to see all the process as falling of rain, clouds and other process on the environment. They make a whole. The clouds and rain is a natural process. Environmental law has to observe the phenomenon which brings destruction. These contains sometime heavy destruction. Since there are natural phenomenon causes without someone interruption so the changes it brings in the environment is observed. Thus geographical environment is a physical environment which happens due to nature and there are many processes tto control and it has to see them all. Keeping in mind all the phenomenon, and falling of rain its effects gives a huge scenario of rain. As we see, there are two types of environment. Geographical and man-made environment.

A large part of environment in which we live, is surrounded by snow which is white and when falls makes everything white. It is a process of naturally made. Rivers, when glaciers are melted down, they make path ways make a close pathways. This is combing makes a shape of rivers. Rivers flows many a thousand kilometers from above mountains to below the down. It makes a shape of rivers. They make this way many kilometers. In this way, they make a whole. The clouds and rain is a natural process. Environmental law has to observe natural phenomenon happens in one part and its effects on other part. It has to observe the nature of things.  All animals and plants lives in the nature. There is a bigger phenomenon, which floods takes the shape of and while creating danger destroy the residence of thousand. Floods and all other phenomenon which deter a rain and brings destruction on broader level, are also the forms of environment. So changes bring in the environment is observed due to it. Thus geographical environment and physical environment which happens due to natural and is found naturally. It gives residence to many birds and other species. 

It provides them things because the part of their lives. Similarly, there is man-made environment. All environment created and discovered by man for his benefit and natural living comes under it. This environment is the result of struggle of many years of man here. As in the contrast with geographical environment it is an environment which is made by man. He consists and builds house. There are different region and constructed house of due to different nature. He builds house of its distinguish designing and of distinguish nature. He lives in the form of social. His ways houses are not in the way as other species living. There are whole system of man-made. It is found from place to place. Man is of better in this way. He shapes his own one. Thus, environment created by man for his own living and for avoiding circumstances which are harmful. There are two types of man-made environment. One of them is inner environment and second of them is outer environment.

 Outer environment is which is constructed like society. Inner environment is one which is constructed as building of industries and factories which gives benefits.

Environment is catagorised into three types generally, though its classification is not possible through this way easily. One of these three types is natural environment. It is the environment which is the part of the nature. It is very large and contains millions miles of land in it. It includes desserts, rivers, glaciers and many more. The desserts contain sand, there are very big desserts in the country. These includes the Cholistan and many famous desserts, in the country. Cholistan is considered one of the best dessert. It contains millions of sand on it. They are created in such a way or manner as very large and very difficult to travel. Nature varies from place to place. Natural environmental is the environment which is the part of the nature. It contains like desserts, rivers and glaciers. Desserts are the biggest one. They contain tiny pieces of sand. The temperature is very high in desserts. At some places it crosses 40 degree centigrades. Temperature is also one of the important environmental factor,  it changes the pattern of rain. in the noon, temperature is high and in the evening temperature is low. So night is good and days not able to walk.  Temperature is the most basic factors which disturbs and affects the desserts.

Environment is considered to be necessary and temperature in bad effects on livings. Life in desserts is difficult to observe. It can not be considered as important as in  other places. There are few inhabitant spends very tough life in the dessert.  This is an environmental factor as well as the temperature is causing its effects on it. Temperaturei is high which causes water to dry, and which effects the water. So, water becomes low. In the season when there is no rain there is always shortage of water. Many aniamls and inhabitants, immigrates from that place and come to another place. As desserts has link with environment so, in some areas environment provides the new water resources. so, inhabitantants could not immigrate from those places to new places.

This brings new things in the environment. Environment puts great impact on those who are living there. Desserts are not populous and it contains very low population. This is the environmental factor, it puts negative effects on those livings there.

Therefore, they make immigration from high temperature area to low temperature area. The water is rare in the sand areas. There is an imminent threat and life is hard to live there. Therefore, environmental law has provided some facilities to improve the infrastructure and those inhabitant living there. It has provided the basic facility to live there. Water is the major component of those areas, which is rare in those areas. It is not found there. so, there are specific places, which are built for water and those are covered by specific machinery. Since water is not easily available there. Moreover, those places contains water plants which is given to them. Similarly, other machinery of basic work is put over there, which is appropriate for those areas. 

Natural environment is part of environment which is not built or construct but naturally found over there. Some of the man, through their illegal work and doing inappropriate jobs have done the task of destruction, to the nature. They have done this on short or on large scale. Environment is spoiled by those invaders of nature who are not working in good way. Destruction of forests cutting of trees, and desserts going away the natural inhabitants. This is the task which is negatively done by those, who are harming them. They are spreading trade, of those material which are damaging it. Desserts are very large. They are spreaded on miles of areas around. They are also the part of nature. It changes from place to place, and is found everywhere. Due to temperature factor it is not good as considering in desserts.

Other factor which are putting not good effects, are less populus. Therefore, that is not good place to live. The glaciers are also the part of nature. The whole phenomenon is part of nature. So, environmental is considered good in those areas. There are places to visit. Environment should be good. Those areas are not of populus density. But they are also considered as good.

Environmental law has worked in those areas to improve infrastructure and to improve ressidences. These areas are given special things as a place of livings. In those areas life is not easy. So,  due to lack of traffic in those areas there are problems of travelling. Environmental law is proving facilities in those areas, there are problems of travelling. Environmental law is proving facility in those areas by resolving the issue of those area. Those areas contains lack of transportation and lack of infrastrture. The main profession of those areas is providing residence to those who visit those areas and to give them. Those areas are considered important for living. Due to very near as nature is built. Those areas contains fields when glaciers fell down, due to high temperature. It brings destruction and causes to those areas. Flood can devastate the living, Population becomes in danger when floods reaches. Law provides the facility to lessen the danger of flood. Flood can change the ways of living. It provides them facility to stop it. It provides them facility. On the other hand, there are safe heaven for animals and birds in those areas. Animals and birds and trees plays veryimprotant role in environment. Environment is the construction of all things in the surrounding of man. Man can produce a lot of benefit for environment and environmental protection. For preservation and protection of environment an important issue to be resolved in those areas. There is environmental concern, that environment should be preserved so that saving it from destruction. This destruction brings a lot on changes, which can not be ignored. Now a days due to change in shape and populus density, environment is given facility, for the protection and preservation. Man has to do some more work for this purpose. But construction of environment nature cchanges it, and bring it the same position as environment changes it. Environment law gives it a farm. Environmental is a natural phenomenon, which is around us. Climate is another important thing, it is caused due to many factors, like temperature and other factor. As infrastructure and destruction of natural resources due to change in inhabitants brings a lot of change on here. The intensity of temperature, it is causing effects to nature. The temperature resides for the living are destroyed by the falling of glaciers, which are causing effects to the by producing of change in the nature.

Change in temperature is causing very bad effect to the inhabitant of soil. So, this was the natural phenomenon, which is being descibed, on the level of cause of environment and change in environment. The second type of environment is built environment. Built environment is the type of environment which is made by man. Mostly, this type of environment is found in cities. Man has shaped its sorrounding, in its own way. None other than man has built the environment. It has built infrastructure and shaped the sorrounding according to its own way. Man is certain to work for constructively. He constructs house and shapes it according to its own nature. Different like houses are built in different places. Man is causing to change the nature, in the way. The small to big infrastructure as industries and factories on larger scale is found in cities. Big cities are developed and through their development, it brings and changes the society. The purpose of environmental law is look into detail study of built environment as well. The phenomenon like rise in temperature, and climate change are the major issues which are found in cities, due to built in environment. Man has shaped the society.

He shaped the society in his own way, and by shaping it the nature has been vanished. Nature is found every where. But man has constructed the environment, in its own way which is called built in environment. Built environment varies from place to place and its varies from different places. In cities cause of their development and other things, building of houses, other things and establishment of industries, and establishment of  industries have brought change on level. Due to using fossils fuels, has changed the climate effects, and changed the natural as well as built environment. It is of constant struggle of those man, who shaped the and developed the infrastructure. Bedide this, environmental law preserved the environment. Place for grid station is built away from society. Grid station contains electricity produces voltage on different scale, like for industries, different voltage are produced. These voltage are provided for the change in infrastructure, power station or grid station or power station produces layers, which are considered dangerous. It is also affecting overall natural environmental. Natural environment is generated through trees. Built environment is that kind of environment which is man-made. It is the environment as given to society. Technology and development of technology is great asset of man. Man has prepaared it through their constant struggle. Man is the most important species of nature. It has accepted the challenge to build the technology on one side and saving environment on the other side. Environment is compulsory element of living. Environment produces problems and keeps all the element of living. It keeps those issues which endanger the other species. Environment is major concern of living. All species are the part of natural environemnt. But man shapes the environment. He has given choice. Man has struggling to carry on environmental concern, as given to him. The third environmental source is social environment. This is the third catagory of environment. As well as environment is concerned, it is the basic and most fundamental sorrounding around us. Social evironemnt is used in broader form, and social norms and value uses in broader term. Planned construction of houses is also part of the societies. Development and planning center are established for it. In every big city, these development center are working. Social environment in a sense that man  is a social insect, and lives in the form of society. All other species like to live in their own inhabtant. Most people do not like to live alone and social environment is well-being and pre-condition for living. Social norms and norms of our ancesstors are daily part of their social. It is very broad term in a sense that social life is the part of environment. Environment is our sorrounding man creates environment which could not be affected by socially.

Broadly, there are three environmental terms, which are built environment, social environment and natural environment. Natural environment is the part of the nature. It includes tree, rivers, desserts and glaciers. This is the most natural form of  environment, as constructed by man. It comes under the second catagory. It is the most shaped form of environment, as constructed by man. It is the result of centuries of efforts of man, by shaping such kind of environment. Environment is the major concern of living, shaping and construction of houses, generating for machieniery and making ease to the environment. It has changed the destiny and also changed a man, for construction and building of these material, which gives relief and produce ease. In the doing of things, this is done through help of machines and other things as man can do very big things.

Protestors to the water resource and power development authority, (WAPDA) against construction of a grid station in F-6 Islamabad, a letter to this effect was written to the chairman conveying the complaint and of the residents of the area in respect of a construction of a grid station allegedly located in the green-belt of residential locality. They pointed out that electro-magnetic field by the present of high voltage transmission lion at the grid station would pose a serious health hazard to the area in respect of grid station.

The comments of minister of government recommending the construction of grid station were also filed. In which the following points were also be noted on the effect of electrical lights and wiring on health of human beings.

In here these effects may easily be attributed to anything other than scientific instead of writing for abnormal cues to be reported in our situation. Storing water is needed to save the water. Water is the basic element of living which cannot be ignored. Water is the essential element of livings, life depends on it. It has also quality to put good effects on livings. Dirty water also effects the private life. For spoiling it that one becomes responsible.

For this purpose need of storing water was observed. In the whole, access to stored water is provided. Whenever one feels the needs of water, he can access to the water. Water contains number of element that are different in number of areas of environment.

They put devastating effects on health.  They are also dangerous for animals. In industrial areas animals do not like to be lived. Therefore animals are becoming rare. Industries and factories with policy or regulation is dangerous, to the environment. They are causing threat to the living. Those working in industries and factories lives many hour in noise, which puts bad effect on their living. They become diseased. The purpose of this is to resolve the industries and factories, which spoil the environment and cause many problems.

 Industries and factories developed and effects on every individual on the level of sensitivity. This problem can also destroy the natural resources and rare species. Industries and factories gives opportunities to whole society, but provide the problems to the level of livings. These industries produces revenue but also destroy many resources, wastage and species. Industries and factories provides remedies and relief to the environment. They have responsibility to give standard and other facilities to their employees. By violating that industry and factory becomes responsible for that. Some employees creates environmental nuisance, which spoils the industrial standard and losses it economically. Therefore, they violate concepts of industries and factories is not old. Industries can be employed by employer without caste, creed and color. All industries and factories puts stress to fair treatment and providing equal rights to their citizens. If someone breaks the rights, they can be easily access to the authorities. Industries legislation contains number of provisions that make it harmful to treat unfairly. Technicalities and technology is a new idea in industries and factories. Technology is the most crucial environmental concern. This technology and technicalities has both advantage and disadvantages to the society. Contaminated drinking water is one of the idea of industry. For some industry, it is difficult to produce effect. Controlling and managing is not easy. Industries and factories gives relief to their employer but also fulfils the needs of them. But it was difficult to establish at first. Saving environment is considered necessary whenever there is number of industries and factories increased. Industries is the most crucial concern. The water pollution is caused by wastage of industries, and lack of clean water. Water pollution in industries and factories is causing low quality of water. Water pollution not only damages the environment but also health and other human rights.

Apart from health, clean environment produces natural resources and rare species. It has many benefits. It resolves environmental issues. It gives opportunity to work more, which saves economy and puts good social impact on life. It provides siciail gathering opportunities. Itgives health and remedies to the livings. Clean environmet provides a lot of benefits which cannot be ignored. Clean and healthy environment is giaranteed for the sake of living. Happiness and goodness are connected with it. The concept of clean environment is not old. It is not found in other livings. At first, humans were un aware of it. But after knowing they recognized the benefit of clean environment. They knew good living depends upon environment.

The development of environmental awareness must produce certain level of standardization by stopping those who spread environmental uncleanliness.

Unclean environment is throwing dust here and there and not putting it around. It is the reason which is causing climate change. This change is causing every individual to be disturbed. Their level of disturbance depend upon their level of sensitivity. It produces human health problems, which is due to not clean it. It causes society to be lost their natural interest. It causes destruction of their natural resources. It also lose the places of rare species. Almost every citizen stops the pollution. It stops from environmental issues and deal with issues which are causing waste. Environmental waste lose economy. It also puts bad effect on social living. The participation is considered necessary in environmental decisions. Unclean environment disapproves life style. Right to be cleaned is the right of every citizen. Those rights cannot be ignored. Life is directly connected to unclean environment. Citizen have responsibility to ensure the environment to be cleaned. For making the environmental clean one becomes directly responsible for environmental nuisance, which is caused due to uncleanliness. Unclean environment means throwing things here and there. Unclean environment contains number of factors which are hazardous for health. It can damage it. One can stop those who spreads cleanliness. To stop the environment unclean is the requirement for this purpose. Unclean environment stops the value of those things who spreads it. Environment to be cleaned is the most crucial environmental concern. Due to industries and factories wastage environment is becoming unclean.

 The petitioner under article 184(3) of the constitution was filed complaining against the pollution of water supply source to the residents and mine worker of . They claim to be settled for generations and the water supply was arranged by PMDC, through a pipeline while connecting the spring and taking water to the reservoir. It has been alleged that water catchment area was reserved, and no lease for coal mine was to be granted, the authorities concerned particularly the industries and mineral development. Submitted their reply.PMDC has filed a plan in which the original water catchment area was shown. Also the reaction of local population regarding mining in the area. The committee after visiting the site observed that area fell within the reserved water catchment. 

 During the preceding of meeting of the committee, a specific reference was ade to the past incidents involving the installation of a mining tunnel by PMDC. The committee also took serious note of the fact, water rights of the mines which stand established since 1911, should always be taken into consideration.

Environmental pollution is dangerous for not only humans but also dangerous. Continuous noise is producing problems of living. 

Life has become difficult here. Noise pollution is big cause of industries and factories. But at the same time, they are producing results for humans. The negative role of their cannot be ignored, and number of them is increased.

The environmental protection act was enacted on December 1997. This act covers all the issues regarding environment. Environmental law stops those crime that can danger for environment. In other, it saves water and air. It stops things from illegal trade. It stops offences that can devastate human health and resources. In other words, environmental law can put devastating effects on human health. Environmental law stops the violation of general policy. Environmental law protects the fundamental rights of people, as in article 9.

The health and well-being depends on the environment. Environmental law saves the environment and also saves well-being. The emphasis of environmental law relating to water pollution. It occurs due to climate change. For example, spreading water pollution is a crime. Environmental law spreads every individual for their betterment. Apart from human health such issues destroy natural resources and rare species. Environmental law also saves natural resources. It has numerous effects on life. Environment decisions are made with public participation. These are backed by those who contains all information, regarding environment. They contain all remedies which are given to the environment. It is not guaranteed. 

Environmental law saves the life of every citizen. Right to life is not an environmental right, but it is connected with it. As in case given earlier, state has responsibility to ensure the standard f environmental quality by taking measures to control the pollution, which effects of health. For violating government becomes directly responsible for regulate and restrain the environment. For environment involvement of all the people regarding creed to the environmental policies.

Access to environmental justice, gives them information and relief. Environmental law is not easily guaranteed. Public participation in environmental law is necessary, and without it, cannot be accessed. It shall be fairly, timely equitable and not prohibit Ely expensive.

Right to clean water is serious environmental concern. The water pollution is not a problem. Environment provides water and all things for eating. Water pollution is discharged by industrial and municipal garbage. Lack of water supply is also a serious concern. It also gives sources of water to the citizens. Judicial activism in developing access to environmental rights, fair, timely, equitable and not prohibitively expensive. Presence of contaminated drinking water, is also environmental concern.

Environmental legislations is also necessary for the environment. It provides fair, timely and equitable relief to the parties, in the environment. Poor management of pollution is also a major concern. Managing pollution is also an environmental concern. Lack of awareness and weak enforcement of policies, causes environment to be damaged. Environmental law provides all those concern to the environment. Lack of public awareness and weak enforcement of policies. To provide weak and safe environment is the responsibility of environmental law. Public in the violation of environmental rights should be access to the environmental law.

Discussion on environment is integral part of environment and environmental concern. These are analysis of issues and challenges of pollution. Bad health also spoils the human health. Therefore, environmental law saves materials which effects humans. It also saves species. Especially those species have become rare. It saves sources from wastage.
