There are other environmental issue which are causing diseases, mood diseases. There are other financial problems which are producing worries. Signal and information technology is producing rays which are damaging human health. So health is wealth and you should never lose it. So this century is called the century of worries. This is producing new problems in humanity.  The food and diet is not clean which is creating issues. Water is becoming dirty which is spoiling and destroying many lives. It is luck that some people are happier than others. 

So here are the tips to become happier in life.


Traveling:

 Traveling is good for life. It makes you happy. It gives you new awareness and observation which increase happiness in life. Traveling gives you new ways of living, it gives you the best in life.


Visit Picnic Places:

Beaches and other picnic places give you happiness. You should be happy in life. These places give you a higher dopamine level which is good for your health.


Reading:

The more you read the more you go. The more you go the more you become happy. One thing you should do is live happily. In real life you should be happy.
