Distribution of Power in the state:
In democracy there are two systems in the world. One is the presidential system and the second is parliamentary system. The government is divided into three branches. One is the judiciary. Second is the executive and third is parliament. Judiciary is the branch of government which controls the society. It hinders crime. It punishes those elements which work against the state. Man has worked to build a society from its beginning. Man can not satisfy and he worked to eliminate anger, aggression and crime against the state. Lawyers have to do tough jobs against the state. Majority of people are ignorant in the state. So they commit wrong
Second is the action group. It takes direct action against criminals. It kills the people against the state. Kidnapping and punishing bad elements is common for this. It can hang the people if they commit and do wrong against the state. The third group is parliament powers. They attend the meetings, pass laws, make international agreements, attend international meetings, attend domestic and local meetings. So it is elected through a voting procedure. They need constant media talks to remain in contact with it.
