Peace of Mind
In office an average man distracts from 7-8 times in an hour and 50-60 times in a day. It takes 20 minutes to turn to the original task when you are distracted. Therefore it decreases the productivity of a person very much. On the other hand its effects on human health are inseparable. Similarly distraction has increased very much with technology, which decreases the productivity of a person very much. On the other hand, the effects of distraction on human health are inseparable. Mind problems like ADHD and alzheimer are causes of it. Other mental disorders are multiplying due to lack of peace of mind.
So, there is great need for peace of mind. Actually peace of mind starts with a comfortable environment. So, it is also the responsibility of the government to provide peaceful and comfortable places to live in.

Traveling:
Travel brings very positive effects on the mind and body. There is a change in the environment which boosts effect and releases stress. It also improves sleep patterns. When someone travels good feel chemicals releases from their mind which provide peace of mind.
Reading:
Readng is another wonderful way of getting peace of mind. Reading decreases your health rate and make you peace of mind. Reading also produces a state of flow which provides joy and ecstacy.
Religious Rituals:
Many people, when they are stressed, obtain peace in religion. Here are some rituals like repetition of word and prayers which provide peace of mind. There are religious scriptures which bring inner serenity and peace.
Meditation:
Meditation is very effective way to get peace. When someone meditate positive chemicles releases which bring positive effect on brain and body. There are simple steps, just sit on the chairs and focus on breath. This will also give you inner strength and boost of energy.
Showering:
Showering wipes out all chemicals which are harmful to the body. Especially when we take a bath with salty water like in the sea , it brings positive impacts on people.
Nature:
Plants, animals and other things like landscape are very important for peace of mind. They wish all bad and negative energy from human being.Therefore they are a great way of bringing positive energy to humans. Simply walk on green grass has very sound effect on the human body and mind.
Hiking:
Hiking in fresh air is the most effective way of getting peace of mind. As the environment changes which gives you peace of mind.
