How to Set a Goal?




Life without a goal is to drive a car without knowing where to go. The right map is necessary for reaching the right destination. If the goal is wrong, you will reach the wrong destination. For instance, if we give a wrong map of a city to someone, he will reach the wrong destination. Whatever the speed is, setting up an appropriate goal is important.

Generally, there are two types of goals, one is long term and the second is short term. Both types of goals need planning and mental energy. Sometimes they take physical energy as well.

Here are the techniques of how to achieve a goal.




Choose your Interest


Take the field of your interest. For students, study is the field in which you can select your goal. It is easy to decide because, for students, study is the field of interest and for businessmen, the businessman is the field of interest.



Planning:


Dig deep down and plan your goal. See the goal from all angles. Keep all opportunities and possibilities in front of you. For this you can imagine in your mind.

 It is a very significant part of carrying on goals. Because if you do not meditate, chances are that you can not focus on your goals due to distractions. Therefore, spend some time each day carrying on with your goal in your mind's eye.


Write down your Goal

 It is also important to write down your goal and keep it in front of you. Because this contains your attention toward your goal and from you to divert attention.


Work on your goal

 If you do not consistently work on your goal, chances are that soon you will be distracted from your goal. You have to pay the price for accomplishing your goal. Price can be given in time, mental and physical energy, money, family and friends.


Conclusion

 Our life is like a flowing river. If the direction is wrong, all water will be devastated. Similarly, our goal is important in life and it should not be wasted.
