How to become a leader?


It is a common question that how to become a leader or great leader? Knowledge is the key to becoming a great leader. As it is said, leaders are readers. Secondly, will power, determination and passion are important. Doing something again and again without giving up makes you a great leader.

Moreover, leaders should know an engaging skill of pursuit and conversation. Leaders must have personality to inspire others. He must have been shining and glowing. A leader must see the opportunity but when there is no opportunity he should create opportunity. Giving up is not an option for a leader but he should try his best and  by showing the best version of himself he must win. A great leader does not run after success. But he should have success. One characteristic that a leader must have is his trust and credibility. He should be trustworthy to inspire others. His whole life should be clean. He should show interest and never tell a lie. When there is nothing available then he should create the thing. He should have determination. He should do things with his best effort and sometimes he must defeat others with his power. 

Last quality which is described here is his argument. A leader should win the argument and he should defeat others with his argument.
